Online Submission of Grant Reports

The online Grant Management System provides a web-based way to submit quarterly reports (financial reports, performance measures, and progress reports), for grantees having an active awarded grant from the Governor's Office of Crime Control & Prevention.


For report submittal deadlines please consult items 24 through 31 of the General Conditions (Post Award Instructions). The General Conditions (Post Award Instructions) apply to all grants funded by GOCCP regardless of funding source.

Important Technical Requirements

Electronic submission of grant reports is required. The minimum technical requirements are listed below.

  • Internet connection
  • If your organization uses a proxy server, proper configuration is required in order to successfully connect to the grant application system. If in doubt, contact your network's IT staff.
