GOCCP Grant Application Process

Please note that as of January 2, 2013, all grant applications must now be submitted via GOCCP's online Grant Management System.

Important Technical Requirements

Grant applicants are required to submit their applications by accessing the GOCCP Grant Management System (GMS) at: http://goccp.maryland.gov/gms. The below list defines the minimum requirements to access the system:

  • Access to the internet
  • A new login and password, which would have been supplied if you attended training. If you did not attend training, you must submit the below information to support@goccp.freshdesk.com:
    First Name:
    Last Name:
    Suffix (if applicable):
    Job Title:
    Employer (Organization Name):
    Employer Address:
    Physical Address (if different than Employer Address):
    Phone Number:
    Fax Number:
    Email Address:
    Any Organizations for which you are responsible for entering application or reporting data (if other than your employer):
    Each user in an organization should obtain his or her own unique login, which should not be shared with other users.

Basic Grant Application Steps

  1. Contact and reaffirm with the appropriate GOCCP Funding Manager that you are on the list to be notified when specific funding sources are available.
  2. Once eligibility is confirmed, you will have access to a NOFA after you log into the system. If you think you should have access and do not see the correct NOFA under Available Funding please contact the relative Funding Manager.
  3. Technical Assistance (TA) Training for the new GOCCP GMS was provided February 4, 5, and 6, 2013. If you did not attend, you will be required to review the Training Videos located at http://www.goccp.maryland.gov/gms-training and obtain a login via email as instructed above.
